What an awesome time
we live in! Sending a message from one part of the globe to another is
so simple. You can use telephone, mail, e-mail, cell phones, or global
phones to name a few.
There is a message that we have to tell found in Matthew 28:19, 20. It says, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. "
It is a message like no other for this message has the ability to save lives for eternity.
When I think of Women's Ministries I am thrilled with the possibilities we have to tell this message. I have a passion for evangelism in any form and there are many to suit all personality types, from One-to-One evangelism to small groups to pitching a tent. Regardless of the method the message is the same and it still has to be told.
Women of this church around the world are doing tremendous and miraculous things for God. In 2000 women involved in Women's Ministries baptized 101,046 souls. Praise God!
Ellen White reminds us that in this time of crisis "The Lord has a work for women as well as for men. They may take their places in His work at this crisis, and He will work through them." EV. 464.2
The truth of these
words rings loud and long. This is a time of crisis for our world and
women of all ages and nationalities must become involved in telling the
good news. What about you?
